  • To complete KYC, suitability assessment, and risk profiling as required by law.
  • To communicate updates, recommendations, statements, and regulatory disclosures.

Sharing of Information

Business Activity

DSK Investment Advisors Private Limited is registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as a Non-Individual Investment Adviser under Registration No. INA000018416. Our business is to provide investment advice, financial planning, and related services to individuals, families, HNIs, family offices, and non-resident Indians.

Independence

We are independent advisors and are not incentivised to take custody of your investments. We do not access client accounts or holdings to offer advice except as expressly authorised in the engagement.

Fees & Compensation

For investment advisory services, fees are charged in accordance with the applicable SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations and the engagement agreement signed with you. We do not receive commission from any product manufacturer or distributor in respect of the advisory services we provide.

Conflict of Interest

We disclose all material conflicts of interest in the engagement agreement. We do not use client information or recommendations for any purpose other than serving the client. Where a conflict cannot be avoided, it is disclosed in writing to the client.

Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

We may use AI tools to support research, portfolio analysis, and operational efficiency. Final investment recommendations are reviewed and authorised by our qualified advisors. Use of AI does not replace the judgment of the Principal Officer or relieve us of regulatory responsibility.

Risk Profiling & Suitability

All investment advice is preceded by risk profiling and suitability assessment as required under the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations. Recommendations are based on, and limited to, the information provided by the client.

Records of Interactions

We maintain records of our interactions with clients (and prospective clients prior to onboarding) where any conversation related to advice has taken place, in line with regulatory requirements.

Annual Audit

We conduct an annual audit of our investment advisory activities as required under the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations.

Employees

We employ only qualified personnel certified by the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) where required.

  • Disclose timelines for various services and adhere to them.
  • Conduct an audit annually as required.
  • Disclose the status of complaints on our website on a monthly basis.
  • Maintain records of interactions with clients (and prospective clients) where any conversation related to advice has taken place.
  • Ensure that all advertisements adhere to the SEBI Advertisement Code for Investment Advisers.
  • Employ only qualified and certified employees.

Grievance Redressal Mechanism

An investor may approach DSK Investments with any grievance or complaint. We will strive to redress the grievance immediately, but in any case not later than 21 days from the date of receipt.

If the grievance is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may lodge a complaint through:

  1. SCORES 2.0 — SEBI's web-based centralised grievance redressal system, at scores.sebi.gov.in.
    Two-level review:
    • First review by the designated body — Investment Adviser Administration and Supervisory Body (IAASB).
    • Second review by SEBI.
  2. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) — If you remain unsatisfied with the resolution provided, you may file a complaint on the SmartODR platform at smartodr.in.
